Manoel Barradao stadium is the home of Brazilian football (soccer) team Esporte Clube Vitoria, founded on May 13th, 1899.The stadium is in the city of Salvador, capital of Bahia state, East Brazil, a port on the Atlantic Ocean.The city is built on a peninsular, has many buildings from and fortifications remaining from the colonial period.Vitoria also play games in the Fonte Nova stadium, capacity 115,000 compared with 45,000 at the Manoel Barradao stadium.They play in in red and black horizontal striped shirts, black shorts and black socks.
